Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MCP Bundler: creating an account, subscribing to a plan, and publishing Model Context Protocol listings to the marketplace.
  • Acceptance of these terms
  • Accounts
  • Subscriptions and billing
  • Publishing MCP listings
  • Acceptable use
  • Service availability
  • Limitation of liability
  • Termination
  • Governing law
  • Changes to these terms

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using MCP Bundler, you agree to these terms. If you are using MCP Bundler on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Each account is for a single user or organisation - sharing login credentials across unrelated parties is not permitted.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.

We do not offer automatic refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by EU consumer protection law.

Publishing MCP listings

Submitting an MCP server to the marketplace puts it through our publish and review workflow before it becomes publicly visible. You retain ownership of any listing you submit; publishing it grants MCP Bundler the right to host, index, and display it as part of the marketplace.

We may reject or remove a listing that violates these terms, misrepresents its functionality, or poses a security risk to other users.

Acceptable use

  • Do not publish or run MCP servers designed to exfiltrate data, deliver malware, or otherwise act maliciously.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or billing.
  • Do not scrape, abuse, or overload the bundler's API beyond normal use.

Service availability

MCP Bundler is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime beyond any commitment stated in a separate service-level agreement, where one applies to your plan.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of MCP Bundler is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under EU law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Termination

You may stop using MCP Bundler and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. On termination, your active subscription ends and your published listings are removed from the marketplace, though we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your EU country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We will update the "last updated" date above whenever we make a material change to these terms, and where required by law, notify account holders directly.
