Create Workflow Run (M2M)

/v1/bundler/workflow-runs

Create the WorkflowRun record for a conversation that is starting. Exactly one of workflow_version_id (the saved-but-not-live version override path) and agent_config_version_id (every ordinary run) must be given. Authenticated with a BundleAccessToken for the SAME deployment the target Conversation belongs to. Retrying after a timeout returns the existing run for the same conversation and version rather than erroring.

Use the request body type in TypeScript.

Exactly one of the two version fields must be set - validated in the route rather than here, so the rejection is a plain 422 naming the rule instead of a pydantic field error on a model with no single offending field. See WorkflowResolveOut above for what each means.
