Update Bundle Entry Permissions

/v1/bundles/{bundle_id}/entries/{entry_id}

Update the tool/resource/prompt allowlists of a bundle entry.

Each allowlist field is only overwritten when explicitly provided (non-None) in the request body, so a client can update a single allowlist without resending the others.

Args: bundle_id: UUID of the bundle that owns the entry. entry_id: UUID of the entry to update. body: Patch payload with optional allowed_tools, allowed_resources, and allowed_prompts lists.
