Create Conversation (M2M)

POST
/v1/bundler/conversations

Create a Conversation row for a run just starting. Authenticated with a BundleAccessToken for the SAME deployment the target agent belongs to. owner_id/org_id are resolved from the Agent row server-side, never trusted from the caller. external_identifier, when supplied, records the counterparty identity (the sender's number on SMS) that POST /conversations/thread-lookup later matches a follow-up message against.
